Venatius, You must be dreaming that Monserates will do what you say. This is a crap family that Taleigao people (goondas, robbers, mafias, people with no moral values, etc) keep on electing. And any Govt whether Congress or BJP keeps giving him the cabinet post. Everyone is scared of Monserates including the CM as well as the goan journalists. When the news of his son's involvement first surfaced in the press, Navhind times as well as Heraldo did not provide minister's name or even his title. It took an Indian mewspaper to identify the minister. What is the use of having journalists when they have no guts to expose the mighty. Regards, jp
