Five year multiple visa is allowed to enter within 2 months, I left Goa 
in Jan.2010 and returned first week of Feb. 2010.

I have been given to understand from reliable sources that even those 
that currently have FIVE YEAR multiple visas CANNOT return to India 
within two months of their last exit. They need the special dispensation 
from the Embassy/Consulate
