Borzoi -- We offer the same code distribution as the Javascript libraries that we host. My understanding is that Prototype/script.aculo.us don't minify their code to be distributed. We want to mimic the preferences of the library maintainers since they know what is best for their library. However, if they do offer minified code, we will host it as well.
As for the CDN question, if you have an open source project you can host it on code.google.com/p and if you want to use our free cloud computing service, App Engine, you can host files there. -Ben On Fri, Nov 7, 2008 at 8:12 AM, borzoi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Good evening, > no possibility and have available a shrinked version of AJAX > libraries? > For example, I use Prototype/script.aculo.us; it's probably the > heaviest of all, but on my servers I use this useful shrinked version > (less than 50 KB!): > http://www.alistercameron.com/2006/01/05/prototypejs-scriptaculous-in-one-file-under-50kb/ > > Could I use this version, in addition to CDN and gzipping, it would be > fantastic. > > Also: no possibility and use Google CDN for other static contents, > i.e. CSS and images above all? > > > > --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google AJAX APIs" group.
