With new pricing model multiplexing multiple apps to a single app will be cheaper for developers who have multiple apps will low traffic. It can be done using multi-tenancy but the problem would be that a bug in one application will pull down all the apps. And, obviously, python apps can not be multiplexed with java apps and vice versa.
