I've been trying to get it working in my GAE workspace, and I've got it picking up my files and processing them, but it doesn't seem to be picking up the tools.xml file from my WEB-INF folder.
(i.e. variables from the tools.xml file just appear as $whatever). Is this something other people have encountered? And if so, what should I be doing to allow it to work?
