We had the same idea - my original post was on the wrong thread... Unfortunately, no, but you can specify text for two x-labels (see http://code.google.com/apis/chart/labels.html#axis_labels):
chxt=x,y,x chxl=0:|Fine lines and wrinkes|Skin is firmer|Skin appeared|Overall skin|2:|were reduced||more youthful|has improved Or move to a horizontal bar chart... Some other options would be to color your bars and use a legend (provides more room) or move it into HTML (not ideal, I'm sure).
