Hi Dustin, It's been a while since I've encountered this, but in my case it was due to an incorrectly formatted URL. This was prior to the recently added "chof=validate" option. If I recall correctly it was due to extraneous pipe symbols or specifying multiple parameters (e.g. "chm=aaaaaaa&chs=100x100&chm=bbbbbb" instead of "chm=aaaaa|bbbbb"). Try adding the above validation format option and see if it finds anything. If not, post a sample URL if possible.
