Right. And at the top of the page it mentions "image tooltip in info
window" with all of the comments explaining that the tooltip is
missing in Firefox.

My apologies about the confusion. Since the topic isn't always obvious
due to the way these things get sent out, I will in the future start
my posts with a brief explanation of the previous responses.

My apologies again. I thought the explanation was simple enough as the
test case does not require much in the way of coding (plus everybody
else on this topic seems to be having the same problem and know how to
reproduce it). That being said, it was not difficult to create and
thus I should have added it before.

I have now added the test case, which has been verified by everyone in
my group on 3 different versions of Firefox and 2 different OSes
(verified both working with v2.140, and failing with v2.193). Ticket
