i have solved it... u need to add a new html page in the WEB-init to redirect to the hosted page. or make your URL to b go to hosted mode directly see this url for a project called GWTExtUx http://localhost:9090/GwtExtUx/war/com.gwtextux.sample.showcase2.Showcase2/?
