Here are some suggestions submitted over the past week or so. I'm consolidating them in one place, and putting a star next to the ones that I like best. No guarantees if/when any of these get done. I just didn't want to lost them.
- add metadata to lists (recurring request) - NNTP backend - cookie tracking of readers (I don't think so!) * find a way to get From: email addresses on page (recurring request) -> 1) Just do it and hope Brabec's spambot shield works -> 2) Include the address, as a .gif -> 3) Some other way. (Mangle it slightly?) * utilize 'from envelope' to disambiguate messages that are sent to two archived lists (rare problem mentioned on faq) * increase search database efficiency to allow more frequent indexing (maybe as mail arrives) * refine heuristics on new lists (That cryptography list recently added wanted to misfile itself to the to: recipient's email address.) - deal with new/draft RFC's regarding list-ID; confirmation headers - DejaNew's, MH scan formatting for thread/date index respectively.
