Thanks.  I'm on that list, and I'm now saving all its email (with the
help of procmail) so I'll have the originals complete with headers to
compare with the archive.

I'm quite certain that the user who sent that message did not intend it to
be tagged as flowed, but his email client probably uses that as a default.
Most people (understandably) don't want to deal with all the intricacies
of modern email and use whatever defaults are provided.

But if mhonarc reflows long lines in normal plain text and uses <pre>
(when it could have allowed it to flow), it seems to be consistent to do
the same with (supposedly) flowed text.
