Thanks for the clarification. As a consultant to ISPs, I can assure you that I fully support your actions, along with the other participants in the blackout. Along with a number of folks from my industry, I have written to a large number of Senators and Congressmen requesting that these bills be defeated. These are VERY BAD for the internet at large and the bills (in general) are way too vague.
