People I know that are actually running ecotourism/responsible travel
projects cannot travel the globe to teach at their own expense.  So what
information is shared at such conferences and who benefits?  Isn't there
a way to hire people with field experience to teach?  Isn't that the
only logical way to support and expand responsible travel initiatives?
