Dear Venu, I would like to remind you that to essentialise and homogenise a whole spectrum of a community leadership as misogynist and sexist, is a clear racist statement... Let us take the issue in hand... Which Muslim Oraganization, that can claim some muslim representation, criticized the Women's reservation Bill, if some provision of "equity" would be offered in the bill? Let us also not obfuscate the fact that, any careful political observer can very easily find that all the political parties you mentioned, which claim to represent the Dalit/OBC interests were much more consistent in their positions and strategies than the mainstream parties, got omitted incidentally from your list of complaints...
