-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi all!
We have the pleasure to announce the release of two new GDTE (Grid Development Tools for Eclipse) wizards. The release can be easily installed using the Eclipse update mechanism (Update site: http://mage.uni-marburg.de/eclipse). The two wizards, combined with an eclipse help, come together in one installation. The first wizard is the "Certificate Request Creation Tool", it allows to create new Grid certificates and send them to a certificate authority for signing. And the second one is the "Certificate Request Signing Tool", that allows to create certificate authorities, manage them and sign Grid certificates. Both require Java 6 (1.6). Installation instructions, tutorials and documentation can be found at: http://mage.uni-marburg.de/gdt and http://dev.globus.org/wiki/Incubator/GDTE If you have any questions or problems feel free to send a mail to one of our mailing lists: http://mage.uni-marburg.de/trac/gdt/wiki/MailingLists http://dev.globus.org/wiki/Incubator/GDTE#Mailing_Lists For all who are not familiar with GDTE: The Grid Development Tools (GDT) for Eclipse (GDTE) feature is a bundle of Eclipse Plugins useful for Service and Application Development in the Eclipse Integrated Development Environment for the Globus Toolkit 4. Apart from using GDT in the Eclipse Workbench interactively we support using Eclipse headless, i.e. running the GDT tools as commandline tools, offering the possibility to include them in automated build scripts. GDT is devided into GDT itself, the Grid Development Tools and the partly standalone Tools for Grid Management, Development and other tools. Tutorials are available online and if you install the GDT feature(s), there's also Help available in your Eclipse workbench, describing more details about the use of GDT. Changelogs are also availabe: http://mage.uni-marburg.de/trac/gdt/wiki/ChangelogPage The GDTE Developers. - -- Dipl.-Inform.
