Yes, I was too hasty asking for help.
I installed openssl-dev and zlib-dev (I was sure I insalled them, but it wasn't
so)

Now I have this problem:
[...]
gpt-build ====> BUILDING FLAVOR gcc64dbgpthr
gpt-build ====> Changing to /usr/local/globus-5.0.0/etc
/usr/local/globus-5.0.0/sbin/gpt-build

gpt-build ====> CHECKING BUILD DEPENDENCIES FOR globus_database_sqlite

/home/francesco/opt/gt5.0.0-all-source-installer/source-trees-thr/database/c/sqlite/sqlite-3.3.17
gpt-build ====> BUILDING FLAVOR gcc64dbgpthr
Could not open
/home/francesco/opt/gt5.0.0-all-source-installer/source-trees-thr/database/c/sqlite/sqlite-3.3.17/Makefile.in.gpm_orig
make: *** [globus_database_sqlite-thr-compile] Error 13

Probably I need to install some packages related to sqlite?

Thanks a lot!
