man kbdconfig

DESCRIPTION
       kbdconfig  was a command present in Debian Potato and other Linux
       systems for configuring the keyboard. It is provided here for
       backwards compatability.

       kbdconfig is a wrapper script around dpkg-reconfigure
       console-common.
