I have the makeup book also. The book were given to me by a former director...sort of in his will. I will check my shelf for what might be a digest version that I have acquired. (And thanks for the sp.check..)
Also, I think that Cassine-Scott did a fair job in his Greek and Roman handbook for the stage. At least a jumping off point.
