Hello! I've made a small patch to 'refresh' dwm. It is done by executing itself. In this patch I've added a default keybinding Mod-Shift-R to refresh dwm.
This patch becomes handy when you've made changes to dwm, like some theming or applying another patch. Greeting, Friedel
