I'm using official mingw 4.5 release without such 
problem, though this may depend on the input (or 
build options) you're trying use.

It doesn't, so for all 4.4 mingw versions, 
nxcompat is disabled.

You should delete HB_COMPILER=mingw and let 
the build autodetect everything. It will work.
