My envvar is clean, the HD is new. Only I setting
HB_INSTALL_PREFIX.
I found and isolate the problem.
If I set PATH in panel control of windows XP, c:\mingw\bin not work.
Now if I use mingw command prompt "tdragom" work. Because content of
file mingevars.bat is:
@echo.
@echo Setting up environment for using MinGW with GCC from %~dp0.
@set PATH=%~dp0bin;%PATH%
