Is Hillary running for President or not? Ron Fournier, the AP's ace political reporter laid out the case over the weekend: Her political action committee, HILLPAC, has raised a ton of dough and has sprinkled it liberally in states like Iowa and New Hampshire, her husband Bill says it's not a matter of "if" but "when" and she's also sharpened her criticism of the Bush administration... Donna Brazile, Al Gore's campaign manager: "It used to be that Democrats came to Washington hoping to work for Ted Kennedy, now they want to earn their stripes with Hillary."
