Tonight on Hardball, who'll win the battle of Bush vs. Congress? The president
drew a line in the Washington sand today, invoking executive privilege to keep
Congress from demanding testimony on the firings of federal prosecutors from
two former White House aides. And the battle promises to rage on - the
president's first report to Congress on progress in Iraq is due by the end of
this week. Later in the show, we'll hear from Republican strategist John
Feehery and Air America president Mark Green on the White House and Iraq. But
first, is President Bush abusing his authority as critics claim, or acting
within the rights of his office? We'll hear from Sen. Jim Webb (D-VA.) Then,
more on the battle over executive privilege when Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD)
and Rep. Steve King (R-IA) duke it out in tonight's Hardball Debate.

And from the White House to Buckingham Palace...Tina Brown, author of "The
Diana Chronicles," will join the Chicago Tribune's Jill Zuckman and Chris
Cillizza from washingtonpost.com on tonight's Hardball Panel.
