Kevin,
Look at RTNPATH^ZTMGRSET. That is almost certainly the source of your mystery. Some
versions of ^ZTMGRSET have that label and some do not. In a version of it I have at 
home
that subroutine enforces the breakdown of routines in the r directory into first letter
subdirectories as you are seeing in the error reports - regardless of how you have 
setup
your gtmroutines environment variable. Are you using the latest version from OpenVistA?
