Things may have changed and I will ask again, but last time they were bringing it up with a patchwork of partially finished pieces and it was not ready for prime time. Until it is released nationwide, it will not be FOIAable, and then there are likely to be multiple proprietary pieces, at least there were when I last investigated this. In addition, it did not give direct access to the EMR. There was data exported to another database which provided the source for the information. Hopefully I have not made to many egregious mistakes in my statement here.
