Alejandra; Internationalization is an issue which has been on the plate of a number of us to complete, and when it is done correctly, what you want will be possible, but the selection of preferred language is an individual issue and should actually be done so that the doctor can se his/her prompts in a familiar language. The instructions for a med should be in the language of the patient. This is all good technology that we believe that we know how to implement, but we are only able to work on in our spare time. We have day jobs as well so we can pay the rent and feed our families. But this is some enhancement which the VistA community has been needing for a long time. This is a topic where a relatively small donation to WorldVistA could help move this an other projects forward. Once the infrastructure is done, then the way is easier for adding other languages.
