CPRS-R is in the works in the VA. For you, the plan for Codeweavers to get the CPRS 26 that is due out at the end of March working on Linux should be of great interest. CPRS 26 has a lot of new functionality, so it may not be easy for Codeweavers, but they are planning to do it. There was a press release about it a couple of weeks ago, so they are committed.
