HARMONY-1823 is ready for commit. It will increase classlib pass rate
significantly!

http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HARMONY-1648. It is drlvm/TM issue
and will cause the ThreadGroupTest failure after HARMONY-1625 is applied.
Could anyone look at this issue?
