We buy a great deal through the mails, paying all shipping charges ourselves, so the distances are not such a big deal. One cautionary note on online prices: As often as not, these seem to reflect wishful thinking rather than prices that real people will actually pay. Though those books we all see priced for $50.00 may well sell someday (or maybe even tomorow), what you don't see listed are the copies that were listed for $10.00 & $20.00 and found real buyers last week and last month.
