Importance: High When the guests are online booking their reservations they need to indicate the number of people staying in the room. The system will then prompt them to put the names of the individuals they are rooming with. If they did not do they will then have to call reservations and add that accompanying name. It’s important to list all names that they are rooming with as you want to make sure that person gets a Key upon check in. Also if that person checks in earlier and they are not listed ….Front Desk will not give them a Key for that Room. If they need to call reservations and add accompanying names they can dial 1-800-637-7070.
