The Society for Crypto-Judaic Studies will hold its annual conference this year
in Dallas from July 20-22, at the Hilton Anatole.

anthropologists, historians, family researchers, filmmakers and screenings,
musicians, personal narratives, authors and more) will present, along with
musical performances and a pre-conference genealogy workshop.

The genealogy workshop will be presented by genealogists Schelly Talalay
Dardashti, Genie Milgrom (whose discovered archival documents prove an unbroken
maternal line of 22 generations back to Spain and Portugal) and Bennett
Greenspan (founder/CEO of FamilyTreeDNA.com). Workshop topics include Sephardic
resources, Sephardic research, converso research techniques and DNA testing.
