JSTOR Launches Hebrew Language Collection

JSTOR, the digital library of journals, books, and primary sources, is pleased
to announce the availability of a collection of Hebrew-language journals,
produced as part of a collaboration with the National Library of Israel and the
University of Haifa Library.

Now live and fully searchable on jstor.org, Hebrew Journals includes titles in
Archaeology, Language & Literature, Political Science, and other disciplines.
Many of these titles are available online for the first time ever.

Key titles in the Hebrew Journals Collection include 'Atiqot, an essential
journal for archaeology scholars dating back to 1955; Cathedra, a Jewish
studies journal valued by scholars of religion and historians studying the Holy
Land; and Jerusalem Studies in Hebrew Literature, covering all aspects of
Jewish and Hebrew literature.

The Hebrew Journals Collection is offered in addition to the Jewish Studies
Collection on JSTOR. Sharing approximately half of its titles with Hebrew
Journals, Jewish Studies is a multi-language collection of journals all focused
on Jewish studies and related disciplines.

Participation fees for Jewish Studies are reduced for institutions already
licensing the Hebrew Journals Collection.
