Weiss reprints a report on the April Powers affair by Kat Rosenfield, who actually interviewed Powers. I found it persuasive and perceptive. Unfortunately, Rosenfield got the full name of SCBWI wrong (she said "editors" rather than "illustrators"), but that's a quibble.
