Those are available here: http://haskell.org/gtk2hs/win32/ As a demo of an windows installer for a prog that uses Gtk2Hs, see: http://haskell.org/~duncan/gtk2hs/LSystemSetup.exe (3.5Mb) At some point I intend to write some more detailed instructions on this, but in the mean time you can probably figure it out from the example.
