I know this isn't quite what you asked, but java has a very clearly laid-out grammar in EBNF at http://java.sun.com/docs/books/jls/first_edition/html/19.doc.html . Between that and Parsec, I would think it would be fairly simple to write a parser. Of course, adding semantics is another story.
