[Haskell-cafe] Windows CE, Xscale Compiler?

Is there any Haskell compiler for Windows CE on a XScale platform? I googled around a bit and found references to a Hugs implementation but couldn't find any place to download it.

I have the opportunity to program a teledrive[1] and would very much like to avoid something disfunctional like C.
