Meanwhile, I received automatic answers to my two unsuccesful confirmation e-mails. They both claim that the confirmation string is invalid. However, the confirmation string worked when confirming via the website. The only problem I can imagine at the moment is that the URLs with the confirmation string were broken into two lines in my confirmation e-mails. However, Mailman should take the string from the subject line, shouldn’t it? The error notifications told me that for each of my confirmation e-mails, the last paragraph was “ignored” while everything before it was “unprocessed”. What does that mean?
