this bug has been fixed about two weeks ago; it should no longer occur with the current PKGBUILD files. An easy way to get your system back in shape is to un-install all Haskell packages by running pacman -R --cascade ghc ..., then clean up the package database with rm -rf /usr/lib/ghc-6.12.3 ..., and finally re-install those packages that you'd like to have.
