Hi Daniel,

You will have to wait for the release of the data. We are currently working
through the logistics and plan to upload the genotyping data on all subjects
with genotyping results en masse to dbGAP or a similar database. It will then
be up to the users to pull out genotyping data on SNPs that are of interest to
them.

Best,

Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] SNP information and taste

Hi,

I know the genotyping data is going to be released soon but I wonder if it's
possible for me to get the genotype of a specific SNP (rs10772420) that has
been reported to associate with the taste intensity in a published GWAS.

Thanks,
Daniel
