I know that the thickness dscalar files are of course a by product of the PreFreeSurfer, FreeSurfer, and PostFreeSurfer pipelines, but what I am unsure about is whether I should expect the thickness files found within the FreeSurfer directory would be different than the dscalar files. Any help would be much appreciated! -Tim Timothy Hendrickson Department of Psychiatry University of Minnesota Bioinformatics and Computational Biology M.S.
