Hi Alizee, Did you just sign up for a ConnectomeDB account and have you signed the Open Access data Use terms at db.humanconnectome.org? Sometimes those are the issues with logging into BALSA with your ConnectomeDB credentials. Are you trying to create a new BALSA account or a new ConnectomeDB account when you encounter the error?
