Hi, I am using the working memory task fMRI data (S500 release) for my research. I find that almost all the subjects share the same order of the task event blocks for the same run (LR or RL encoding), while there are a few exceptions (different from most others), such as subjects 904044 and 965771 (I have checked the order of task blocks based on the EV files of each subject). I am wondering if there are other differences between the fMRI acquisition of these subjects and those of other subjects, beside the order of the task event blocks. Can I analyze all of them together or should I analyze them separately? (My analysis will be based on the time courses of each subject after preprocessing).
