Hi All, What was the order of the diffusion MRI data as an input for eddy? According to the 'HCP_S1200_Release_Appendix_I.pdf' p46., image the acq order was:
95 RL 95 LR 96 RL 96 LR 97 RL 97 LR Based on the eddy log files the input order should be something like this (the position of the b0 reveals this, since those volumes have 0 eddy-current related components by def.) 95 RL 96 RL 97 RL 95 LR 96 LR 97 LR or start with LR then RL..but which one? Could you please let me know?
