Bitahon is the nominative form. Bithon- is the semikhut form [ two consecutive
nouns, as in "Bithon ha-arets"]

In this case, “le’umi” is an adjective, not a noun. Therefore, it is *not*
semikhut.

Thus, it should be: ‘Iyunim be-vitAhon le’umi” [capital A for emphasis]

What should the romanized title be:

Iyunim be-vitahon le'umi

or

Iyunim be-vithon le'umi

(a dot under the H)
