Hmm ... I don't have a GotoBLAS2/lapack-3.1.1 folder. (I do have a GotoBLAS2/lapack folder, but it doesn't contain a SRC directory.) The source that I downloaded (by clicking on the "click here" link at http://www.tacc.utexas.edu/tacc-projects/gotoblas2/downloads ) gave me a GotoBLAS2-1.13_bsd.tar.gz . Am I even using the same source as you ?
