Per https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-14992 and https://hibernate.zulipchat.com/#narrow/stream/132094-hibernate-orm-dev/topic/SourceForge.20bundles/near/265421351 I propose that we stop creating ZIP and TGZ bundles for upload to SourceForge.
Creating those files and uploading them routinely takes over an hour or more. That's a lot of time during the release process; and for no real gain. The more time the process takes, the more possibility for something to go wrong which is incredibly hard to recover from depending just how far the process got. So I propose we just eliminate this.
