I have followed the guide on the VDC on how to compile under VS2008 and it says
that it compiled but the dll's are not showing up in the bin folder. It also
says that libcmt.lib interferes with other libraries but continues. I have
tried to add libcmt.lib to the ignore list but that just gives me thousands of
errors about symbols. Can any one give me some idea what is going wrong?
