As long as we're working on fixing Halloween bugs, can we fix this one from
koth_lakeside_event:

SV_StartSound: )misc/halloween/merasmus_hiding_explode.wav not precached (0)

I could write a plugin to precache this sound, but it seems like it'd be
something that's already precached.
