winders does the same thing.  if a page is inactive for long
enough it gets swapped out.  This is nothing unusual.  The
previous poster is correct i have about 250 megs free.  Has
anyone read the logs i posted?

Fair cop! But why is some swap used then? Admittedly only 8kB, but that
shouldn't happen unless the machine has at some stage used up all
available RAM, right?
