Linux version is 1.0.0.20, beside of the newest win version which is 1.0.0.21. And -another bad news- it's pretty buggy. But it won't kill the server (after 1hr of testing) at last... and weapon restriction works fine (even to restrict map by map, not just in common, e.g. restrict awp only on aztec...)
I think your best bet will be to check the admin mod website for more info on specifics. Just to let you know the admin mod I use has a default.cfg file and within that the cvar is "Autobuying 0"
I doubt that would be any use to you as i'm using source but i'm sure there is the info available on the mod site.
never used it.. but i know amxmodx will work... im not sure if there has been any updates to adminmod since autobuys were added, so you might just be out of luck...
